Used this app for over 10 years - simple and accurate. They make the only update in a decade and now garbage and lost of data. Way to go guys! NOT
What a disappointment:(
I have been using this app for my real estate business for the last 7 years, it was easy to use, store property mtg information. They recently decided to change the app and imposible to use. Can’t costumize down payments easily, can’t calculation for terms other than their preset term. Even int rate is hard to type on. It makes me very sad to see that such a great app it is now so bad

Deleted my saved info
The app deleted all my mortgages that I had saved when you updated the app. No warning, now all my information is gone. Also, the new app does not work properly, it is full of bugs and crashes.
A major backward step
The app update lost all my data and the new interface is much worse. More clutter, and less ability to put in a down payment that’s not a nice percentage of the purchase price. I expect I’ll delete the app in the next few months since it no longer adds value.
Update ruined app
They updated this app and made it unusable, it tried to auto adjust down payment and other info but does not work properly, much better when it just let you enter the amount you want to.

HORRIBLE!! BEWARE!!
I have used this awesome app for years to quickly do modeling for investments saving different scenarios. When I opened it up today the app is totally different (apparently a forced re-written “update”) and ALL my saved scenarios are gone! In addition the simple logical interface is now more cumbersome to use.I now have no faith in these developers and will be finding another for my needs. Thanks for ruining a great app!

Easy To Use
Less complicated to use than most other apps. Quick and easy to get a monthly, mortgage/car, payment quote. I use it regularly and it never disappoints. High recommended

I love that you can run any kind of amortization on the go and can email the complete amortization schedule!! This is better than my HP12C!

Easy, simple and stable. I use for and fixed interest loan calculation, not just mortgages.
It’s ok if it worked properly!
It would be good if it worked. I have 3 mortgages and when I enter an extra principal payment in one house, it changes ALL houses to that same value. Then, when adding an additional principal payment, the total amount to be paid does not change! Lastly, when the phone is used later, ALL of the extra principal amounts default to $100! Buggy to say the least but am happy it is free but, not free of glitches.

Very good but needs tweaking
Overall quality is good. Should be able to put total term in months. Amortization table should include option for start and end dates not just the payment number.
