App failed
I was helping my daughter with an assignment and with the referencing when the app failed and I tried to reset the password. It didn’t work kept sending me the same password which wouldn’t let me in. Very frustrated no way of fixing the problem. No way of talking to anyone.
Does Not Work Well
Scanner works 1 out of 5 times. Blurry and never finishes. Entering the whole info on a book is difficult. Might as well enter everything on computer and save the yearly fee.

Doesn’t work, all data I’ve saved when trying to retrieve - says file not found , I’d rather have not written this reviews but for £15 I haven’t received what I’ve intended to purchase a fully functioning referencing app, it’s just makes more work for you and I’m out of pocket awaiting a refund
First use - disappointed
Tried to add a book which the app did not recognise by the bar code so tried to add manually but would not let me enter just a year wanted date and month so I’m unable to get an accurate ref 😕 please let me know if there is a work around?

Honestly can’t recommend this app enough! So quick and easy to use. Couple taps and I’ve got the reference in my document! The amount of time I’ve saved is ridiculous, top app!!

The app is pretty great tbh. It’s very simple to use with the barcode scanner. It’s also really good in referencing digital data. I’ve used a lot in videos and images. Pretty satisfied with the out come. Thanks

Doesn’t provide all the necessary referencing information
I scan a book, but it doesn’t recognise it. I type in the ISBN number and it does recognise the book title and edition, but doesn’t state the publisher or the year, so what’s the point?
Not what I get with many other apps.
Sad they ask you to open an account before even testing the app in a free mode, their system gets your email, passcode and later aim to charge you. No testing option before getting your info then. Consent to registration process should be asked before and not after even downloading. Not what I get with other apps.

I’m literally gonna use this once. Why would anyone want to pay for something practically useless monthly? If you’re going to make us pay, just make us pay for the app. No monthly bull
Can’t email or copy Reference
I have just down loaded the APP. It is so easy to use. However, I have been unable to copy / email the End Reference for use. Logged into the main Website and the copy bibliography tab did not work. Ended up Copy and Pasting my Reference from website. What do I need to do to get the End Reference enabled to email or copy directly from the APP?

Struggling
Can’t seem to open the app keep saying I don’t exist, however my subscription is active

Please refund my £1.99. Can’t login. Not a case-sensitive issue or anything else. I want my money back.
User does not exist
Paid for a subscription, and today when I need to access my saved references, the app is telling me ‘User Does Not Exist’ every time I try to login. I can’t believe it. The app was bad enough not recognising so many texts, now I can’t access the ones I’d manually inputted myself.
DO NOT USE
This app consistently disappoints. The barcode scanner rarely works and often pulls up a list of references that do not relate to the actual publication that I was researching. I downloaded in order to help streamline my process during research, yet it consistently caused me to spend more time than necessary trying to find the correct reference. This was sadly a waste.

Useless
Can’t even put a hyphen so you can’t enter page numbers for journals. I appreciate the dev has now responded but unfortunately the standard apple keyboard is not used for the pages section, it’s the numbers only keyboard hence not being able to put a hyphen
Disappointed
If I had the chance to give this app a minus star then I would. Such a waste of time!! It asked to create an email and password then asking to pay how strange. Why don’t you ask to subscribe to your app first then personal data second? That would give people a choice rather to use your app or find something else where. This is scamming to me.
