Easy Reserve Study (EZRS) is the field companion for professional reserve study inspections. Inspectors use the app on site to review assigned properties, document reserve items, and finish work from their phone or tablet—without depending on a desk workflow. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Sign in to your EZRS account and access assigned sites and properties • Review and manage inspection items during an active field session • Add and edit item details, including condition and location • Capture photos from the camera or gallery and attach them to items • Record notes by typing, drawing, or voice dictation • Use GPS to capture property location when needed • Finalize inspections when field work is complete • Work confidently in the field with an offline-capable experience WHO IT’S FOR Built for reserve study professionals, inspectors, and teams who document property assets and conditions as part of the Easy Reserve Study platform. REQUIREMENTS An active Easy Reserve Study account is required. Accounts are provisioned for your organization; this app does not support self-serve account creation.
