самокат раптово заблокувався під час поїздки. на електронний лист підтримка до цього часу не відповіла - уже пройшло декілька днів. сьогодні намагався додзвонитись до підтримки за опублікованим в аплікації номером телефону - ніхто не підняв слухавку і не віддзвонив.
