Notifications no longer work
Your app doesn’t receive notifications any more.
It has been a working fine for 2 years and all of sudden no notifications.
I did reset and everything it fails.
I can still arm and die arm and that works.
Help please!

Not receiving notifications
Everything was working fine until a couple of weeks ago now I no longer receive notifications on my phone or in the message center on the app please fix this ASAP or else the security system is useless
No Notifications nor support whatsoever
I have this alarm installed in my home for the past 3 years and it has been working just fine. About a month ago the notifications stopped working defeating the purpose of controlling the alarm through the app. No support whatsoever on this. I uninstalled and installed the app again and nothing. Please help?!

How to contact app support? I named zones but how can i assign sensors to zones? And how can i get alarm system to send emails when sensor is triggered?

Airlink function fails every time
I even tried a very basic WIFI network that was wide open
Hama connects tho network and I can see it in the wifi users list. But App can never see Hama unit.

Notifications stopped working
This is supposed to be a security app. And notifications are KEY to the use case. Otherwise it fails its purpose. I wished there would be an alternative.
Doesn’t work
HOSA connects to 2.4GHz WiFi using Airlink but app reports “configuration failed”. Seems to be a common problem with no solution that many (all?) users report. I can’t find a solution to this anywhere. Equipment is just a paper weight.
Works ok bu typical of most thing from China language barrier
I don’t know why Manufactures and developers in China don’t have native English speaking people to review or write their manuals and instructions. One minor irritation the application is so busy sending messages the alarm is triggered the message box is covering up the arm and disarm application buttons. If they actually talked to someone who used the app they would know this.

We got this installed with our new house and it only worked until the power went out once. After that it’s been nothing but problems. Even though I hadn’t changed any login info the app no longer recognizes my saved login information so I have been unable to access the app for months now. I have sent an email requesting help with no response. Once I reset the system I started getting notifications again but I’m unable to access the app in order to turn them off so I just deleted the app.

Not so stable
Some messages are missing, you can not find them in messages. Log is important for me!
Does not Air-link with Dwsoo Home security panel
It was well working with old app, but after the update the system stated stop working until I had to reset the system, after resetting the system the application cannot Air-link with panel, the panel works fine and it does connect to the WiFi, but the app cannot communicate with panel. Please take some and fix this issue before everyone stop buying and using ur useless product.

App interface could be a little more simpler user friendly, should be able edit/name sensors from app without having to delete them all.
BEYOND ANNOYED!
So I got new internet and everything reset. Now it won’t airlink to my phone so I can’t get notifications if my alarm goes off or not. I am so freakin frustrated. I have tried what I feel like is everything can someone PLEASE help me!
Minor glitch but otherwise the app is fantastic!!!!!!!!
Everything works great except it stopped showing GREEN (ARMED) on the app when the system is armed periodically. I had to go up the the system and mess around with it by arming and disarming then it started showing green when armed. Please fix this glitch? That way I can always know if the system is armed when I am away from home. Otherwise it’s an amazing app! I am using an IPhone X. The app is extremely sensitive! As soon as the alarm is triggered it sends you a notification! I tested all of my sensors and it works great! I also love the fact that I can name each zone in the app so that I know which sensor is triggered. However in order to have the zone that is tripped show on the wall system, you must use DIGOO sensors and PIR and not the 433mhz off brands. Just buy everything DIGOO! It’s a good brand with super sensitivity!

Latest app version fail to airlink configuration

Previously when I downloaded the older version of the app, it works perfectly fine.
Unfortunately when I upgrade to the latest version the app on my mobile just can’t get configure via airlink.
I am confused.
Something not right?
