The app was created specifically to be used with the EasyPost API which requires an EasyPost account in order quote, buy and print postage. You can use the app in TEST mode after you've created an account to verify that it will meet your needs.
NO USPS FLAT RATE
This app is exactly what I'm looking for but the developer is too busy to finish it. I contacted him and he says he plans to add the missing functionality but he has no target timeframe. If you finish the app more people would pay the $4.99 to activate live mode. Why not just finish it? I don't understand...

Thank you for your feedback. USPS flat rate shipping options have now been added and may be selected when creating a shipment.
Virtually useless
The app lacks the functionality to select shipper-specific options such as certain flat-rate packaging, certain classes of shipping, and certain tracking and delivery restriction/confirmation features. Using this app is like swimming with one hand behind your back, sorta possible, but a waste of energy, and complete headache. The app is "free" to download but charges you $4.99 to activate it for use.
