The Beginnings of a Good Budget App
This app has great potential. Currently, you can track expenses by specific categories and subcategories as long as you don’t mind the banner ad at bottom. It would be a big improvement if the developer would add the capability to show balances by account (bank, credit cards, etc.) and have a transfer function to transfer funds across accounts. Additionally, it would be nice to see a total balance for a user-selected group of accounts such as selected credit cards to see total credit card debt, etc.
FWIW, this is a good app if you are just looking for a way to record expenses organized by categories. The graphs and calendar function that allows you to focus on a group of dates are outstanding. I have not tested the CSV export function but this is another essential for this type of app and I am glad the developer has added it. As explained above, this app doesn’t fit my needs, but I will be keeping my eye on it in the hopes I can start using it.
