Need to update search function
Love the idea and convenience and timeliness but there is something off with the search function. It is nearly impossible to find what you are looking for

This is the best home delivery service out there. They bring it in temperature control bins at 6 am. There is no delivery fee and no tipping. They charge a little bit more than you can get at Walmart but it’s well worth it.

I have not heard back since contacting them about 13 missing items and no refund.

Worst delivery service ever
Place an order and received at eight hours later half of the stuff missing. Tried calling for a refund & no one answered. Their bin is still sitting outside my door.
Want to love it but it’s not usually helpful
Want to like easybins but most orders I place with easy bins have problems. I’ve had deliveries sent to the wrong house, deliveries late, and on the last Trader Joe’s day products didn’t load on time on the site until one hour late and I woke up at 6 am for nothing. I’ve also had an issue where the item doesn’t show in cart and then charges multiple Items at checkout. I use this service when I’m in need of convenience and to be honest it usually ends up being a headache in one way or another.

Easy Bins is Incredible!
I first used Easy Bins because I had forgotten to pick up a few items earlier in the day while at Walmart. The thought of having to get back in the car to go back, park, put on a mask, find the items, scan them myself, and return home was not very enticing.
I was blown away that I could order before 10pm that night and have those missing items on my doorstep before 6am. My items arrived in a brand new sanitized cooler for the refrigerated items and a nice bin for the dry goods.
Easy Bins is incredible.
Later I learned that I could order by text, phone , online (and now on this app!)
The convenience of being able to hand pick the grocery store I want Easy Bins to buy from is now enabling me to get items that I normally never get because I don’t like making a special stop into Whole Foods for a handful of items. When I want to get my favorite blueberries and strawberries from Wholefoods , I use Easy Bins.
My daughter was visiting from out of state and could not believe she could order items from Trader Joe’s (from Tulsa) that enabled her to get her favorite Cold Brew Coffee. Easy Bins is incredible.
Needless to say , Easy Bins was a lifesaver during the recent snowstorm. We were able to get our eggs, milk, and fruit without having to drive in the icy streets .
Last point, I love that there is no minimum order, membership charge , or delivery fees . One item, one price =great value for our family.
