Trash App with Trash Support
Terrible app. Been trying for days and days to sign up and have been unable to complete ID verification due to bugs and errors with the verification tool. Support is outsourced to another company that is borderline unresponsive. When they do respond, the support agents don’t know how to fix any issue, even simple ones.
Stay far away, just use Coinbase or Kraken honestly.

Inept Customer Support
Please, don’t risk signing up for this app.
Customer support is inept, some of the worst I’ve ever interacted with. My account stopped working due to a glitch / technical error, and support is unable to do anything.
They take days at a time to respond to messages, and each time they respond, it’s a new agent. The agents don’t read previous messages in the conversation, and continue to repeat the same false info. Just like AI.
My account lasted a few weeks before becoming broken. Don’t let your money get trapped here.

I like uphold and I like uphold team but these people here are shady asf. They closed out my account I already had a deposited $300, they keep saying they’re working on resolving the issue they aren’t giving me any type of update. DO NOT SIGN UP TO EASYBITCOIN UNLESS YOURE READY TO GET SCAMMED
