Database update needed
Been using it for years no complaints other than now KPBI needs to be changed to KDJT it’s giving us issues at customs office now
Doesn’t Work
Really zero Stars. When the app works, it’s great. When it doesn’t, it’s worthless. The scan passport function only works about 40% of the time, and lately, I am successful logging into the app less than 10% of the time…which really when you are of the country trying to file a re-entry manifest. I’m currently out of the country and have been unsuccessful trying to log into the app for two days now.

Great tool
I have a place in Canada and fly across often and this app is a huge timesaver. All the info is saved and trips quickly are filed with repeat guests and aircraft. Excellent customer service also and app has never crashed on me…..one wish would be that password keeps you signed in longer as signing in when remote can get tricky with weak signals

Easy
Very simple and easy user interface is what I like the most about this app. Much simpler than Flashpass.
