Disappointed
Everything time i try uploading images it shows copying but nothing appears afterwards
Don’t use!
I moved a number of images to this flash drive a few weeks ago and now can’t move them off that that device. The email address for support never replies so once you move your images here you’ll never be able to get them off. Don’t buy this ever!

Was initially great but it suddenly doesn’t read my flash drive. No solutions in the handbook at least none that worked.

Was glitching from the beginning, and now the easy flash stick won’t connect to anything. Useless.
Useless, bugged app.
I have tried using this app for a while now, and it is evident that there are problems with it. I have 15,000 photos on my phone which I wanted to put on the flash drive, of which I could only do 3000 because my phone battery ran out (mind you, it is an iPhone 13 Pro so it shouldn’t). Anyways, I now have full iPhone storage and want to upgrade to the latest iOS so I reinstall the app to try again but oh, my external storage is now 92% full! So I go and try to delete them all (all 3000 files on it) but by the 120th one it is giving me 2 error messages that there’s a problem with the lower I/O part of the disk and that it isn’t connected properly. Now, I tried rebooting everything so then I started deleting them in batches of 30, and after about 5 of those I got the same error messages (errors 1 and 5). I have now given up as it clearly isn’t going to work. I will have to get a better flash disk/ more storage iPhone or you will have to make your app/ flash drives better and more easy to use. No problem
Just downloaded 600 photos to my computer. Had no problem. Takes a little time but one hell of lot better than using the program on windows 11. As far as instructions the program comes with a PDF that allows you to print out the manual. Like any program, have patience.
I wanted to love this!
Sadly you can only work from photos in the iPad library. Yes I can remove photos from my library on my iPad to give it more space. The library photos are all on it. But my purpose for this tool was to be able to store photos that have been uploaded to my files folder. Individual files that I can store on the Easy Flash Pro. I work with large format photos. Alas, I can find no way to import those file folders, or just photos to the 256g storage on the Easy Flash Pro. I hope they fix this and upgrade.

It’s good if you need to free space
I started using this app as I got a drive for my iPhone and I transported most of my files to it. I did leave a one star review back in January for it getting rid of my files but eventually I managed to recover them, which is a good thing. I started using this as my storage was bust and actually it’s turning out pretty well. The only other thing I want to mention here is that sometimes the drive fails to connect to my iPhone which can get pretty annoying. Otherwise I would recommend if you want to free storage because it really helps👍

Didn’t work at all
Driv that comes with it isn’t coming up to allow access to photos or video. Waste of money.
Can’t transfer videos
It worked well at the start when I first got it. Didn’t use it for two months and now that I tried to put videos on the Flash drive again they do not load. I basically can’t watch them. Some videos also completely disappeared and I know that I took them because I remember the moments and I have posted them on my social media but they are nowhere to be found in the flash drive. DO NOT BUY. It stops working after a few videos are put on it!!!

It’s ok
It’s slightly complicating to use but once you get it it does its job. The only thing I don’t like about it, as far as I know, you can’t transfer folders you can only transfer individual photos or movies. Please fix that
App doesn’t let you transfer local files
The app/flash drive doesn’t let you see or move your local files, just photos, videos and contacts

I lost beautiful memories do to this cheap flash drive , I trusted this item my bad did not read reviews and 3 months later , NOT YEARS , photos were gone , it wont work and company did nothing to help. Trash I have USB ‘ s 20 years old holding music and pictures , I had no idea I was going to loose my beautiful memories. DONT BUY THIS JUNK !!!

Horrible all pictures are gone
I couldn’t move pictures of my flash drive to windows, and removed & reinstalled the software. Now all pictures are gone.
Flash never works
The flash drive never connects to my IPhone. It’s never recognized.
