Doesn’t Work
Worked for a couple months and no longer connects on my phone. Thankfully I saved my photos on a couple other devices or I would have lost lots of memories.

After downloading all my photos and deleting them from my phone, it now says there is a hard drive error and won't let me view the photos; they look blurry or distorted.

It was working fine until I couldn’t see the videos I uploaded the screen goes black and exits from the video
The Worst Purchase ever
It won't open; I’ve lost important documents and priceless family moments. I kept this Flash Pro stored in a safe place the entire time. I followed the steps in the user guide: I cleaned it with alcohol a fresh, clean cloth, uninstalled and reinstalled the EasyFlash Pro app, and turned my phone off and on. I tried using not just one, but three different iPhones and a laptop to see if I could open it, but—nothing. I really need the documents stored on it, as well as photos of my mother, who passed away a few years ago.

Cannot load photos
After uploading photos onto this flash drive from my phone, now several months later I plug it back in to access my photos it will not load. So I have pictures on here I can’t even see.

To realize this thing is absolute garbage. HOW it’s so highly rated on Amazon I have no idea. It would randomly select and deselect pictures from my photo library when I was trying to move them from my iPhone to the flash drive - that alone made trying to use it beyond frustrating and seriously concerning for the integrity of my files.

Dosen’t even work, product nor app
I have the iPhone 16 and I tried plugging it in but nothing showed and I kept trying but it didn’t even work after 1 day.

I would actually give this a zero if I could, but I guess I have to choose 1 otherwise my review will not show ..App does nothing since New Bug Fix… I transferred a lot of pictures and started doing my videos and there was an update.. it automatically installed the update instead of asking if I wanted to install the update and after the update, I could no longer use this app.. my whole flash drive is only 1/4 used up and I can’t put anything else on it. What a waste. I would love if someone could help out and give me the correct app information before the bug Fix came out…. Thank you.

Not detecting 256 usb
Got a usb flash drive on Amazon that prompted me to download this app for iPhone 15 plus. iPhone itself detects the storage drive and can receive files (though running into an attribute error at times), the app unfortunately does not and shows n/a for external. Will update review if any help can be provided to get this working.

A waste of money
I tried online manual, YouTube no transfers. Tried finding a customer service contact. None available. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Don’t use!
I moved a number of images to this flash drive a few weeks ago and now can’t move them off that that device. The email address for support never replies so once you move your images here you’ll never be able to get them off. Don’t buy this ever!
