App update bad
Why change something if it ain’t broke. The app used to work well but since update it doesn’t and is more complicated. Was so easy before. Also just go a msg to update again but no updates available?!
Too glitchy
Too many bugs to recommend. Bugs when paying, can’t use it on other apps to pay, sometimes asks for pin sometimes doesn’t. Bugs when exchanging on app. Notifications don’t work properly. No list of transactions.

Was good, now buggy
Since they updated the app (it too months and was unavailable throughout) on iOS once logged in you get a beta warning, your balances are displayed on top of each other making them illegible. Tried to do a currency exhange and it just hung without processing - had to use the website to do it. You really need to bug test before you make this available to the public.

Not working any more
The app used to be great, always kept your balance up to date, for the last few months every time I try to log in, it just says under maintenance, log into to the website which isn’t useful when your out and about, please fix this soon
Worst sign up experience ever
So trying to order a card. Signed up on website. Had to wait for email, clicked on link on email, entered code from sms now what? I have no log in details, not sure if a card is on the way or not. To sign in or reset password I need a client ID??? Not sure where I get that. Rubbish

App very hard to understand. Not easy to top up abroad. Maximum 10 transactions per day. Tap doesn’t always work. Not easy to set up beneficiaries.

AVOID
This is the 2nd time I’ve had my transaction history edited with the funds also going missing. Luckily, I still have the transaction history from the accounts used to deposit money onto the card. This time round, I’m down over £1500 with nothing on the EasyFX history to show the money was ever deposited. Considering you can only use what’s on the card, EasyFX somehow managed to put my account over £1000 in minus. Do not trust this company. Avoid at all cost.

Used to be fairly straight forward to use but app is full of glitches

Be real...,
App is good once you have gone through the lengthy application process for your card. The process to apply is not an easy one at all. The app itself works ok, glitchy at times...Touch ID does not always work. I strongly recommend you use notes in your I phone to record pass ID verifications etc or things will get complex!!! There are 3x to remember if you fail. Mostly if no glitches you just have to input password and off you go... the main web site is not that easy to use, and you will have to use it at times...

Bad update
Latest update is really glitchy. Doesn’t remember login details. Tricky to put in username. Have to scroll through same 4 alerts each time to get to account. New update needed!
Great card as well as company
I have been using the EasyFX card for 8 months whilst visiting multiple countries. The lack of fees on the card has saved me a lot of money and it’s multipurpose use made travelling considerably easier for me. The app is simple and easy to use and loading money onto the card couldn’t be any easier. Their customer service is also quick to respond and informative. I highly recommend this card/company!!

Poor login since update
This was a good app but since the last update the login account and user details no longer populate. This means that you have to remember the account, user as well as the password. Before you only had to input the password so now you either have to write down this information, not very clever, or have a darn good memory.
The app does work well once logged in but in this day and age of finger print login, the login process for this app is archaic. If Barclay can use print secure login why not efx so 1 star for the login travesty.

Wants far too much personal info
Not comfortable giving a company I know nothing about, literally ALL of my personal data. Most of it unnecessary to carry out the service they offer.

The app on the homescreen is slightly offset to the right. How can’t you even light up the app icon?
