I love this app!
Only suggestion I have is to add annual subtotal lines for principle/interest and remaining balance. Would like to see how much in Amortization interest annually as well as end totals. Maybe I’m missing it somewhere?
Amort defined - “Being at the point of death”.
To take an Amortized loan is financial death. Especially on a 30 year mortgage :-/

Doesn't do me any good
Inputting the info was easy enough and "supposedly" you can email it so that you can print an amortization schedule. NOT! I tried 2 different email addresses on 2 different days and nothing has EVER come through. Doesn't do me a darn bit of good if I can't print this out for my clients. Pisses me off to pay money for something, albeit not that much, and not have it work. Found a free app with my android phone that works just like this one should and was able to get the job done. What's wrong with that picture??? Sorry I ever bought this and will now delete it since it's worthless.

Best loan app I’ve used.
Needs work
Should have the ability to try different payment amounts and the back into interest rates and/or length of loan. Also length of loan needs to be in months not years.

Would like keyboard to default to numbers. Just an extra step. Would like to have option of months or years. Would be a 5 star with those mods.

Good app does what it says
It ain't flashy but it does just what it says it will do. Would like if UI keyboard was only numbers but that is a minor fix. Good useful simple app.
Almost Perfect
Very nice look. I would suggest a better entry for numbers. When you enter a field, letters are presented? I know how to get to numbers but still this should be just numbers on a large keypad. Interest rates should be on a roll in increments of .125. Years should also be on a roll defaulted to 30 years along with 10, 15, 20 and 40 year loans. No need for "back" on the main screen, it goes nowhere. I would suggest to make this a "clear". Also, an extra payment at the bottom for 1 extra payment a year would be a nice final touch. As a result, the amort will have the adjusted terms of the loan.
