The motion triggered recording stopped working
had this 5 years now. The recent update disabled the account and I can’t see any motion triggered recordings... even there is motion.

With every update I have to reconfigure the camaras every time, and the app colapse every second, I need to have a really strong signal to get a pixelated image.
Automatic Update Disconnected Camera, Really??
Automatic update disconnected my camera. Super inconvenient with no warning or notification. Motion sensor stopped working after the first month. Would not recommend.
Terrible updates
I’m using this app for several years, and everything can be acceptable. However, because an update was published recently, I can not find my previous added records. All information I added before is lost. How this terrible update can be?!!
The newer version does not work at all
All my previous cameras information got erased. And, no videos can be seen on the iPhone after the update of the App. Please reverse this to previous version!

Don’t know why? Since 2 days ago. The app doesn’t work in iPhones x n iPad Pro. I tried to reinstall it. But still not working. Hope I can c my elderly parent soon. Thx.
Camera doesn’t connect on non-WiFi
When I am traveling I like to access my camera system to view my property. For some reason after I updated it last I can now no longer Connect to my camera unless I’m connected to a Wi-Fi signal. This is very frustrating fix it please!
Beware Of EasyN
This should be zero stars. I used EasyN cameras for 2years with no serious problems, then they randomly decided not to support the product Easy np2. The app is no longer available and my cameras no longer work. 4 cameras going in the trash.☹️
Cannot connect any more
The devise will no longer connect to my iPhone. Worked for a few months, then it stopped working altogether and will not reconnect. Very frustrating.
Good camera, awful app
The camera has great night vision and picks is sounds well. Unfortunately the app was recently updated and I am rarely able to connect to the camera to view anymore. The camera is essentially useless thanks to the terrible app updates.

Works sometimes
Software is likely helping the Chinese government spy on me and take over our internet. Even so it works well enough to check on my dog from time to time while at work. Works best on strong wifi versus LTE. Regularly need to reconnect, but what do you expect for the cheapest hardware and back door entry software?

Work Ok, just the wifi part don't work.
This app does not help you connect to wifi. Even it has the function to detect it but you are unable to know if you are actually connect to wifi.
Absolute Crap
The cameras themselves have an excellent picture quality and the night vision is very clear which is why we bought these cameras. We have 2 disabled children who require constant monitoring so we have 4 cameras in our home. Unfortunately the app doesn't work at all anymore. Screen freezes or drops connection nonstop! We have never been able to access the cameras away from home when they are with a sitter. We have no way to hardwire them to our computer without putting holes all over the house. So now we are out $250 and can't afford a newer/better system to replace these cameras! My husband has MANY years in IT and can't even make these work. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE CAMERAS OR THIS APP PEOPLE! It's an absolute shame because these cameras would be amazing with a properly functioning app.

Not working after last update
Must of the time shows "Bad Connection" unable to show camera or when it is shown, the image is frozen. It was working fine until last update. I even uninstalled and installed the App but it still with the problem... iPhone 6+
App buggy after update!
After this app was updated it takes 2 tries for the camera connection. Also, the camera freezes intermittently. I like the new arrows for aiming the camera. I love the Easyn P 1080p tilt and swivel camera! I just wish this app were more like the generic app: IP Cam Viewer. I can use that app from my house, but need to figure out how to port forward to use it away from home.
