Found this app linked to a qr code sticker to a parking machine in Sardinia. The machine was not working, so stupidly I downloaded this app following instructions from qr code. They charged me 20 euros and then discovered it was for Bermuda!! They don’t refund you!!

The gate functionality is the best especially when it is raining and you don’t have to get out of your car.
Completely useless
App via a q r code in a car park in Sardinia where the machines weren’t working. You are forced to add your credit card details and then find a parking spot - and yet - no parking spot available other than in Bermuda! Contacted for a refund, so far denied. Pathetic and useless.
Horrible
If I could rate this app zero stars, I would. I have an account which I can log into via the website but the app just keeps telling me “wrong login details” and when I click to change my password, it doesn’t recognize my email. This app is useless.
This app is great!!
Love this app - super easy to use.. just remember to check your balance before using it.

The apps needs overhaul pronto. Resetting of password is a mess. If I don’t remember old password how do I reset. Use new verification protocols for this app.

Can’t change cars
I had the app linked to an old car. I bought a new car. The app won’t let me delete the old license plate number because “you need to have at least one linked LPN”, but it also won’t let me add my new license plate number because “you have exceeded the maximum number of LPN”. So now I have $16 locked up in my account that I can’t use anymore because I can only pay for parking for a car I no longer own.

Just installed and will not run - asked for access to location service and then returns me to the home screen after crashing....
Satisfactory App. Adding credit is annoying
The app does its job relatively well. The gate opening feature is pretty prompt - when it’s working.

Can't stop my airport parking
I used the app for parking at the airport. I returned from my trip two days early and now I can't use the stop button to end my parking. Not impressed.
Latest update breaks app
The latest update has broken the app. Every time I start it now a message pops up promoting me to download a new version. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app but the behavior is the same. Fortunately I still had my old EasyPark parking meter with me so was able to park. Could have been a real problem though. This app needs to be more reliable before I'll be comfortable relying on it.

Horrid
This app is not even worth one star. Everything needed to be done via the web page. Then the app needed to be signed out and resigned back in for the changes to take effect. The web page is not designed for mobile devices. Everything about this endeavor is wrong. Unfortunately, I got this for what is supposed to be easier to fill and the such. :(

Needs to be fixed
I have an account and have tried logging in however, it says 'no mobile numbers' I have no clue what this means. Would probably be great if it worked.
Wouldn't accept Credentials
I've registered online, however it says that I've entered invalid credentials.
