Waste of money
Took my $8.25 payment, the machine didn’t turn on and when I selected that the machine failed to start it simply went to the next screen and said thank you and the payment was submitted. There is no where to see past services either so I can’t even reference the service to call and get a refund.
Just Use Quarters
This app hard crashes every time I try to pay. It plain doesn’t work. Just use quarters and save yourself the headache.
Do not use, you will be better off using atm and pay $3
This is probly what you may not want to use if you like to expedite payments of save time. Long story short it took 1:37 to process a payment and machine didn’t even work afterward followed by phone calls to get refund not worth it unless significant improvement is done. I can suggest few here.
1. Ease of use is not great. Scanning can be done for multiple objects at one time as opposed to scan one and set parameters and scan...takes too much time
2. You can benefit from cashing maybe?
3. It might worth exploring expediatong the payment transactions or use third party queries
4 please listen to customer feedback and improve. This looks more like alpha run or beta run...NOT customer ready in any measure

Why advertise if the app doesn't work. It doesn't work at all. Can't even create an account.
Stupid - can’t create an account?
Once you put in all info, the create account does not activate, so you can never create. If you want anyone to use, hire a good developer, not a family member/friend, but a professional! LOL

Not sure who supports this app but they did a terrible job. It’s either that or no one bothered to update it.
Worked okay, but...
I downloaded this with some trepidation. The last update was a year ago, and all the ratings are bad. The laundromat I was in wanted me to use it, though, so I counted on the protection of my credit card and went for it. Well, it worked fine (one small stutter with a machine that wouldn’t start at first, but it finally did), and so far no unauthorized charges on my CC. However, this gets one star from me for a few reasons: one, the lack of updates. I see the developer has other apps, but what’s the laundromat supposed to do once they are tied to this one? Two, all the bad reviews that are unaddressed. Three, and this is the clincher, I can’t cancel my account from the app, nor can I remove my credit card.

Stole $50
I tried this app for the first time at the laundromat yesterday. Took forever to set up because that part was buggy. I’m sorry I was so determined to pay by phone. It wasn’t responding so I’d start over. Then it finally got to the stage to ask if the washers started. I said no. It then said it was charging me anyway! I then went to the EASYPAY machine mounted on the wall. The actual cost of the 3 washers was $8.50. It charged me $50 on 5 separate $10 transactions!!!

Not good
I used this app once for laundry. It was great! I got money back towards my laundry each time I used it. I’ve never been able to get it to work again. ☹️ I’ve tried taking the app off my phone, updating my account, and nothing works...
Steals your money
Used a brand new card for the app and saw fraudulent out of state charges on my card just hours later. Again, on a BRAND NEW card just 2 days old. I am reporting this app to the FBIs financial crimes unit.

Just steals your money
Said the washer started, even after it flagged an error and asked me if it started. I said no then it told me that it did. I’m looking at the machine it’s not going. Waste of time.
Doesn't work
I tried to use this app last Thursday. I logged in scanned my QR code for my dryers and it just closed on me. I tried several times and it did the same thing. The app works on android fine, I have tested it. Please fix this for the IOS platform.
Terrible since last update
This worked great until they updated the app and it hasn't worked at all since then despite numerous attempts. So disappointed!
