Great as a club rowing booking system
We are a charity Cornish Pilot Gig Club and use this excellent app as rowing booking system.
It’s easy to setup - enter your club specific settings such as resources (names of gigs in our case), event types (Training, Social, Regatta, even cleaning (!), etc.), event categories (age groups), participant roles, coxswain levels and more.
Add all your members. Club admins can add events (Example:a training row for Ladies Masters every Tuesday and Saturday at 18:00, needing 6 crews 2 substitutes and so on), then members can add themselves to the event visible to all within the club.
You can easily see when crews are out and when resources (gigs in our case) are being used. You can’t double book a resource!
It seamlessly connects to WhatsApp and email (if setup) to enable easy messaging to everyone).
Great app. It’s definitely worth a go and it doesn’t cost anything to try!

Easy Teams is the right name!
This app make scheduling rows so simple. We’re a club with over 200 members. The app gives us flexibility to adapt the calendar you our specific needs, but easy for everyone to use.
