Cannot register for me to receive tip
You don’t know who tips you !!
Difficulties setting it up to start with ! But the worst part is that there’s no name , not even nick name or first name of the person who tips !!! A lot of clients do leave tips later , esp around holidays like Easter and Christmas ! I’ve asked them a few times if they put a field with and optional name and they still say that the majority of the clients prefer to tip anonymously which isn’t true !!! It’s not charity , it’s tip !!!! The clients want you to know that they tipped you so that you can go an extra mile for them !!! Esp in UK when tipping is not a practice

Name doesn’t suit this app
Its not an easy tip app—— very hard to use and takes you almost a year or more just to take tips!

They holding the staff TIPS, and its been so many weeks or months before you get it. Ours till now we dont get it!!!! Dont USE this APP!

Frustrating, disappointing & useless
This app is so frustrating. On each transaction they will charge money from you which I already yours.
1: They said transactions are being processed once a week on every Tuesday & you will receive on Wednesday which is a big lie you will receive late Thursday.
2: client will tip to you they will charge extra while you are being tipped or client doesn’t like to pay extra they will take from your tips.
3: to transfer your own tips to your account they will charge you again.
4: you can use your tips money for shopping because there is no Apple Pay while google pay is not working at all so again you will think to transfer your money & again you will be charged.
So shameful & frustrating.

I wasn’t happy with update , took too long to them to solve the issue and when finally open it I find out that I couldn’t receive any tip in that period cause my name wasn’t showing to my clients
