Terrible Streaming Service
Works when it wants too, but mostly doesn’t. I can’t believe this company continues to operate at our Military Bases. It’s hit or miss, and often channels just won’t stream.

This app is hit or miss. Works fine for a few days, than only for some channels and other days it’s doesn’t work at all. For the money for pay for the service, one would figure customers would get better bang for their buck!!!!!
After years bad reviews, this App still doesn’t work
I read the reviews and can’t believe after two years this company can’t get the app to work.

Removed and reinstalled 5 times. I still can’t even log in and the help function doesn’t work.

Doesn't work. At all. Always says data connection error even on different wifi or data networks.
Needs Work to be a good App
Continues to not work. Keeps telling me I have a connection problem. What!!!!.....neither wifi nor 3G works.....why not?? Also, make the app the same for iPad as for the iPhone. The iPhone allows you to pause and rewind, and see the TV schedule for multiple days. Of course, you need to fix the first problem with the app before improvements and it might be deserving of more stars.
