absolutely useless
if i could give NO stars i would!
first time i used it it allowed me to book an appt with my doctor. then i changed my mind about the time i’d booked so tried to delete the original time and book another one. it let me make the second appointment, but there was no way to cancel the first one. so i had 2 appointments for the same day! eventually i gave up and called reception who kindly fixed it for me.
Yesterday and today, every time i try to sign in to book an appointment as an existing patient, it has an infuriating little catch phrase ... cannot confirm with system. i even tried to register as a new patient, but it apparently experiences the same problem with the system.
i used to think Hotdoc was a bit cumbersome, but compared with this it’s a dream. Please TMS, please go back to Hotdoc!

Hopeless
Cannot book an appointment even though I opened an account....I’m told that my password/email info is incorrect. This is not the case. Apparently there are dozens out there not being able access this ridiculous app including one of the receptionists. Sad part is that the last app that I used for this surgery to make appts was faultless...

Pathetic
If I could give it 1/2 a star I would! Unable to book an appointment to see my Doctor! Tells me my username & password are wrong! Click on ‘forget my password’ an email arrives with exactly the username & password I am entering!!
