About
EasyWhen turns a date and a time into exactly the text you need, then hands it to you ready to paste.
Pick a date, a time, one or more time zones and a format. The preview shows the result as you type. Tap Copy — or share it straight into another app.
WHAT’S INSIDE
• Say it in plain language. “next Tuesday 3pm”, “in 30 minutes”, “friday 5pm”, “3pm to 5pm” — EasyWhen reads the phrase and fills in the fields.
• Several time zones at once. Choose any zone in the world and EasyWhen renders the time in all of them together, sorted earliest to latest. Star the ones you use and they become one-tap chips.
• Read times in any zone. The zone beside When sets where your times are read — pick Tokyo and 3:00 PM means 3 PM in Tokyo. Or just type it: “3pm Tokyo”.
• A dozen formats. Long, Medium, Short, Day of Week, Date Only, Time Only, ISO 8601, RFC 2822, Unix Timestamp, plus a Custom field that takes any UTS #35 / DateFormatter pattern.
• Date ranges. Turn on Range and EasyWhen renders a start–end pair, each side independently editable.
• Built for Shortcuts. The Format Date action hands any shortcut a formatted date in any time zone — wire it to the Action button, tap it from the Home Screen, or ask Siri.
• Made for iPad. Every time zone sits in a sidebar — favorites first, then the full list, searchable by city, name or abbreviation.
• 24-hour clock optional. One switch in Settings, applied to every preset that has a time in it.
• Your date order. Month first, day first, or your region’s — applied to every format a standard doesn’t fix.
• Nothing leaves your device. No account, no telemetry, no network calls. Every date is computed locally.
• Localized in eleven languages. English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Ukrainian, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese.
WHO IT’S FOR
Anyone who types dates into things all day — engineers stamping log entries, project managers scheduling across zones, writers dating what they write, and anyone who has ever typed “Tuesday October 14” and then had to check whether it really is a Tuesday.

Cantonese-style times in Chinese When EasyWhen runs in Chinese, you can now type a time the Cantonese way: 三點三, 三點三個字 and 三點骨 all mean 3:15, and 三點三個骨 means 3:45. 下午三點三 used to come out as 3:00 because the minutes were dropped; it now reads them, and so does 下午3點15.
