When I turn the phone around there’s no image
Doesn’t work
Used to work fine, then one day it wouldn’t connect. Went through multiple rounds of troubleshooting with multiple people, and the best we can do is get it to work for about five minutes before it just disconnects, requiring the entire system to be reset before it has a small chance of working again for another five minutes.

Be great if it was more reliable
Most Sundays it’s hard to connect to easy worship, so you can’t really trust it. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

It was a bit hard to connect for the first time but afterwards worked perfectly
Problemas con las presentaciones
Cuando logre conectarla con la aplicación probé a usar las presentaciones y todo funcionó bien pero cuando decidí usarlo una segunda vez la presentación se redujo de tamaño y cambia a una posición en la esquina trate de hacer algo pero nada funciona además de que solo pasa en las presentaciones.
Could be better
We want the ability to add to the program using the app not just throw up what we have already set up
Recommendation
Although easy worship remote is a great app I would recommend the option of fold back display that way you can use phones to see the fold back display
Worked until last set of updates - now very unreliable
Had worked pretty well until the last set of updates. Now will fail to update when switching between songs and even during some verses of songs. Tried multiple networks, devices, and different EasyWorship computers. All seem to exhibit this behavior. Our Music Minister has a vision issue and relies heavily on being able to read the screen up close. This is causing a major issue for him. Please fix this ASAP. I’ll be glad to troubleshoot and also debug or beta test. Looking at remote viewing program instead for now

I’ve just started using this app it’s great but there’s one small flaw and that is if you have a backing track you can’t start it and play slides without stopping the track rather annoying can this be rectified in the next update?

It’s Good But Needs Some Work
In wrote a review last September but there’s been some minor issues since my initial review.
I still really like the app and these issues haven’t changed my overall opinion. The biggest issue is like a two in one problem.
The songs/backgrounds from a previous schedule seem to get stuck in the newer schedule.
Example: January 6, 2019 two of the four songs my church did were “Friend of God” and “Come Thou Fount” and not knowing what they will actually do next week let’s say the worship team chooses “Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)” and “How Great Is Our God.” What might happen is if my slide #3 is the chorus of ‘Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)” *should say “my chains are gone I’ve been set free....” but might show up as slide #3 for “Come Thou Fount”
So far every time this has happened the front screens the congregation sees and the fold back screen will show “Amazing Grace.” The first time this happened it freaked me out because I get nervous when something goes wrong on one of my slides and I can’t fix it or don’t catch it in time. Sometimes it seems like just the background doesn’t update.
This Sunday it seemed to be missing a slide that showed on the EW computer but not in the app.
Now for some positive things about the app. Considering it’s just a remote it is actually pretty good despite the few issues. You have the basics from EW meaning you have what is loaded into your schedule plus the go live, black and clear buttons. You also have each of your slides previewed as each slide instead of ledger view like I use on the computer.
This app has been a huge help for me!! I can sound and slides at my church but I’m primarily slides. The other person in the booth with me besides the main sound tech can run the very basics in EW and basics on our digital sound board but his primary focus is lights. This past year when the main sound tech was not at church I’ve been running the sound board and slides and I always have my iPad with me. Because of this app I can focus on sound without having to turn to the computer I can glance at my iPad quickly and touch it to change slides. At Christmas Eve Service I was alone in the booth and thanks to the app I was able to do sound and slides where in the past I’ve had to have someone to do the slides for me.
The app seems like it needs some work but it hasn’t had any major problems except for not wanting to connect right before service but that could have been a network at the church issue not the app. For all the app has done for me I love it. It’s truly does seem like a remote that’s very handy to have.

Life Saver!
This APP has been just what I have needed for a long time. I used to have to run back and forth to my control panel during our worship service whenever our audio person didn’t show up and it was such a hardship on myself and the congregation. Now with this APP, everything is in my control wherever I’m at. Thanks EasyWorship! Can’t wait to see how you work to make it even better.

Very slick control for EasyWorship, makes it easy to “escape” from the sound booth/control room.
Minor complaint - the highlight colour for the Logo/Black/Clear buttons is pretty dark, I’d prefer something brighter so that it’s more obvious that those buttons are active.

This app is well polished for being 1.0. Very few glitches but great usability. Keep up the good work!
Good when it works
Over the last few weeks the remote has kicked my phone off when my phone goes to its lock screen. At one point it never did this. I love it but I’m a little scared to use it, because it may be disconnected when I need it.
Does not work
Can only download... once into it, nothing happens. Says I’m not connected to a server and want let me connect to a serve. Obviously not for Australian users. It should be noted on the description of App. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this App 🤔
