About

Remember what you bought before it slips to the back of the fridge. Eat First is a simple, photo-based way to keep track of food dates. Take a food or packaging photo, confirm the date, and choose where it is stored. Open the app to see what needs your attention soon, with less to remember and less record-keeping. RECOGNIZE FOOD AT A GLANCE Take a photo or choose one from your library. Names are optional: the photo helps you recognize the item when you come back to it. Enter the date from the packaging, or enter a production date and shelf life, then check the resulting date. Every saved date needs your confirmation. FOCUS ON THE NEXT SEVEN DAYS Home shows active foods past their dates and those due within the next seven days, ordered by urgency. Later items remain available through a separate view. Keep the near future in focus without filling your screen with every item at once. REMEMBER WHERE YOU PUT IT Choose fridge, freezer, or pantry. Add an optional storage photo to remember a shelf, drawer, or corner. Food and storage photos are kept separately and can both be opened at full size from the details screen. REMINDERS WHEN DATES APPROACH With notification permission, the app schedules a local reminder at 7:30 PM the day before the date and, if the item is still active, another at 9:00 AM on the date. Notifications offer Eaten, Discard, and Remind tomorrow actions. You can also handle items in the app, undo an action, or restore a record from the processed archive. Delivery depends on iOS notification permissions and settings, including Focus. A QUICK LOOK FROM YOUR HOME SCREEN Add the small Home Screen widget to see counts for today and the next seven days, plus the most urgent item. LOCAL RECORDS, NO ACCOUNT Start without signing up. Food and storage photos stay on your device and are not sent to a developer server or processed by cloud AI. Record, view, and organize your food locally. The app supports Simplified and Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Brazilian Portuguese. START FREE. UNLOCK THE ITEM LIMIT ONCE. Keep up to 3 active foods free. Eaten, discarded, and archived items do not use the active allowance. Before adding a fourth active food, you can choose a one-time lifetime purchase to remove the active-food limit. This is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Purchases can be restored. Prices are shown in the app and App Store for your storefront. Existing records and previously purchased lifetime access are retained. IMPROVING WITH YOUR FEEDBACK We will periodically review user feedback and update the app to improve food entry, date reminders, and everyday usability, fix issues, and refine the details. Tell us what is working and what could be easier through the support page. Each update's changes will be described in its App Store release notes. DATES AND EXPERIMENTAL SCANNING Date scanning is an experimental, live-camera-only feature. It may fail or read a date incorrectly, so you must check and confirm every date. Date-test photos are used only in the current draft and released after a successful save or leaving the draft. Food dates are reminders, not food-safety assessments or advice to eat an item. Consider the package label, storage conditions, and the food's actual condition. Contact and feedback: yjy05281@outlook.com
