Tracking doesn’t work until your order is on its way. There should be a better way to track-like when the order is being prepared, picked up and on its way.

Tracking your order by the app doesn’t work. The “ track order” page is not active.
Delivery has been so late several times because of the drivers.
However, customer service staff are very friendly and helpful, and the selection of restaurants is good.

Worst delivery app in Jordan
Order always takes over 1:30 hrs, with the order being lost and the restaurant not knowing where it was or how long the driver needs. Never using this app again.

charges credit card before order is accepted then doesn't refund
the app pre charges the credit card before the vendor (restaurant) accepts the order, when the restaurant doesn't accept the app doesn't auto refund, and you have to call them. wheni did they claimed it will be refund in 48 hours, when it wasn't they didn't answe the phone or email anymore for 4 days. i had to ask the bank to do a chargeback. when they finally answered the phone 4 days after the order they couldn't even bring up the order on their system when i gave them the number. just awful company and service in every way. Avoid at all cost
