To many problems
Every time I try to order it freezes and never lets me click an item. I’m always installing and uninstalling this app! This is the only app my favorite coffee shop uses and it sucks I can’t have that convenience of picking up my order .
Ok but has lots of problems
This app has so many problems. I have to uninstall reinstall it gets stuck it’s constantly a pain to use . This is not how apps should be especially when it comes to small business . Fix the glitches
Doesn’t Eate
For the love of Pete, there’s always something wrong with this app. You have to close, you have to restart, you have to re-download. It will charge you twice. It will say your card is declined. Ordering food should be simple, this app only frustrates me. It doesn’t work 90% of the time. I was hoping to place an order to go so I could be in and out, but the app is not working again. Surprise surprise.

Major Glitch Kept Me From Ordering Out
Never heard of this app until today when I googled the place I wanted to pick up breakfast from and saw that online orders were taken from this app. I used the web portal, and when I tried to pay, it said my payment was declined which made no sense. I then tried my other credit card and finally my debit card but received the same error message every single time. I would’ve called the restaurant to place my order over the phone, but they don’t have a phone line. So this app was my only way to place an order ahead of time, it wouldn’t allow me to check out, so I ended up giving up and just making breakfast at home so the business and the app ended up losing my money and I ended up disappointed.

Super user friendly and easy to use. Made ordering easy and cut down on my typical wait time at my favorite cafe by being able to order in advance!
