I got really serious about my health and wanted to ensure that I can stay focused on my weight loss goals. I came across this app and it really was what I needed at the time! I was not a good cook so struggled with what to make that met my health needs and what to make that’s in the fridge. It gives me so many options! Love it. I highly recommend it!
