About
eatlete is your training log and coach in your pocket: workouts, nutrition, measurements, and progress in one app. Completely free.
WORKOUTS
• A catalog of 1,300+ exercises: strength, cardio, stretching.
• Build your own training days or log your sets in ready-made ones.
• Auto-progression: after a max test, the app moves your target reps forward from workout to workout. The weight is always yours to change — the app just tells you when it's time to add more.
• Workout history and an activity heatmap — plus you can resume an interrupted session right where you left off.
NUTRITION
• A food diary with a barcode scanner and a database of 2+ million products.
• Meal photo: snap your plate and the app estimates calories and macros — you fine-tune the grams before logging.
• Calories, protein, fat, carbs, and fiber. Your daily targets are calculated automatically from your profile and goal.
• Plan meals ahead and save your favorite dishes.
VERDI — YOUR AI ASSISTANT
• Suggests workouts for your level and your equipment.
• Proposes recipes and meal plans that fit your goal.
• Every suggestion is a card you apply with one tap. Or decline. Your call, always.
PROGRESS
• Body weight and measurements with charts, plus before/after photos.
• Steps and activity from Apple Health.
• Daily rings, a streak flame for training consistency — and max test day turns into a boss fight.
AROUND YOU
• Gyms Nearby — a map of gyms (Ukraine only for now).
COACH
• Chat with your personal trainer — a real human: text, voice messages, photos, and video notes.
• Send your trainer a one-tap daily report: workouts, food, steps, measurements.
eatlete is completely free. Access to Apple Health, your camera, and your microphone is optional and only requested when it's actually needed.

"Skip" in collections: if a machine is taken, skip the exercise on "What's next?" and move on to another one. Workouts no longer lose sets when iOS closes the app during a rest, and starting a new workout won't overwrite an unfinished one — the app asks first. "Share" now handles long videos, and unsent chat messages no longer disappear. Notifications work right after you sign in. Plus lots of small fixes in the food diary, steps, feed and chats.
