Good
I think it’s a good app, up and coming. There are some good offers and discounts and some restaurants you won’t find on other food delivery apps. Just a little feedback:
-The loading part is kind of slow, when compared to UberEats where navigating each page it appears in an instant but this app needs to load for a few seconds to get to the next page. It can be frustrating at times
- After placing an order and the driver is en route, there is no way to contact him in case he is lost. The food has so far always managed to reach me but this may be harder for people living in confusing roads/locations
-The prep + delivery time feels a lot longer than any other app - this may be due to less drivers on board with this app. So if you’re looking to get your food fast, this is not the app for you. Expect 45+ minutes to get your food. In most cases, people order when they are hungry and don’t won’t to prepare a meal themselves, so I feel like the speed needs to improve.
Other than this, I like the app and the discounts they offer. I will keep using it. Hope it can be improved in the future :)
