Gift cards
I placed an online order & tried using a gift card only to have the system tell me it was an invalid card number. Took the card out & re-entered it & got the same message. I entered another different gift card & got the same message. I think EnP’s system is messed up. These were brand new gift cards & never used. Had to end up putting the order on a credit card. Took at least half an hour with all the gift card refusals just to place the order. NOT HAPPY!!!!

It is a good app I just wish it would allow you to multiply the amount of items if two people desire the same thing on an order.
Coupons
I find coupons and promotions in the mail and paper but never on the app
Sign in
When I try to sign in, the app says user name is incorrect. I click on reset password and it tells me an email will be sent if an account exists. Never got an email. Tried to sign up again, and was told account already exists! Stupid.
The App
The app stays on there then next time I go on I have to completely delete app cause nothing comes up then I have to download the app again then it comes back up for awhile. Then it goes back off. Annoying. But I like the app when it works
Okay, could be better
Need to fix the section to add additional instructions to allow more text. Currently only allows 15 characters. This a repeat of a review submitted before, which means you don’t look at reviews or can’t figure out how to fix the problem.

This was the first time I ordered in the app, it would not allow me to change the pick up time nor change the tip amount. When I clicked change time arrows popped up but would not spin to change. When I hit other for the tip amount, it would not allow me to add a new tip amount. This app needs to be looked at and made simpler, I have a little computer knowledge, someone with no knowledge would fail n this app.

Would like the ability to use multiple gift cards when ordering on the app. Like Olive Garden app. Their app is the best.
