7.2.1 new bugs
7.2.1 update messed with the scaling & made me to call in my order because I can’t click the top right corner to get to cart.
Gift card payments fail too with an “already added this card” error.
Who’s vibe-coding this app now? Did you fire all your pre-AI devs?

Updates to Payments are Great!
Love that it now accepts gift cards under the total amount so you can pay with multiple types of payment. And it has ApplePay! Bravo!
GREAT APP!!!
The Eat’nPark 🥧🥗 app is so easy. And I really like the fact that they have the up-to-date coupons in there so I don’t have to go back to my email and look at numbers or letters and everything like that. And everything is always good. The order is always fine. And it’s always ready when they say it is. It makes me hungry when I look at the items on the menu lol the app is really worth it.

Best app ever
Simple to use!
More room
Should have more than 16 spaces for special order instructions
Old Faithful!
Have loved Eat’n Park since children were young. Always felt welcome and appreciate the variety of menu items to please.
UX/UI
App could be more aesthetically pleasing and navigation could be simpler
The App
It’s good when it works but I get a coupon then when you go use it it disappears very disappointing not happy with the app
😀
Fast, friendly service always with a smile!!
Gift cards
I placed an online order & tried using a gift card only to have the system tell me it was an invalid card number. Took the card out & re-entered it & got the same message. I entered another different gift card & got the same message. I think EnP’s system is messed up. These were brand new gift cards & never used. Had to end up putting the order on a credit card. Took at least half an hour with all the gift card refusals just to place the order. NOT HAPPY!!!!

Please add Apple Pay. Please add BLT as an available menu item.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Good app
It is a good app I just wish it would allow you to multiply the amount of items if two people desire the same thing on an order.
Coupons
I find coupons and promotions in the mail and paper but never on the app
Sign in
When I try to sign in, the app says user name is incorrect. I click on reset password and it tells me an email will be sent if an account exists. Never got an email. Tried to sign up again, and was told account already exists! Stupid.
The App
The app stays on there then next time I go on I have to completely delete app cause nothing comes up then I have to download the app again then it comes back up for awhile. Then it goes back off. Annoying. But I like the app when it works
Okay, could be better
Need to fix the section to add additional instructions to allow more text. Currently only allows 15 characters. This a repeat of a review submitted before, which means you don’t look at reviews or can’t figure out how to fix the problem.
