I signed up for the free week only to be charged for a full month and nobody responds to email

I signed up for the app and paid for the subscription bc there is no free trial, fine. The problem then was when i logged in for the first time there was a button to press “continue to all guides” so I pressed it and the app charged me $49.99 without even having to confirm the purchase. Support has been rude and very unhelpful. Beware of this app. It’s clearly just a scam to get money from people.

I was unaware and would not have agreed to a subscription, so the money was taken from my account without knowledge or prior authorisation. I was looking for a trial and made the £4.99 purchase on the understanding it was a one-off.

I tried to cancel my subscription and haven’t heard anything. I can’t do it yet they keep charging me. Do not get this ap
Be careful
App doesn’t work. I cancelled and they kept charging me $60. I have tried to stop payments and froze my card but i need the card so i unfroze it. But every time i did it, they would charge me. No customer service whatsoever!!!!

Not a user-friendly app at all. It doesn’t make it easy or clear to cancel your subscription. I have tried to cancel multiple times, yet I keep getting charged. I was charged again even after I thought the subscription had been canceled.
An app should make managing and canceling a subscription simple and transparent, not frustrating or confusing. Very disappointing experience.

I just paid 19.99 but now it wants more money? This is not very user friendly either and I can’t find where my account info is. hoping for a refund!
False advertising
After completing all of the intake info-it made a meal plan with everything I told it not to- selected vegan and gluten free- meals included meat and bread. False advertising and no response from customer support.

Hard to cancel subscription
I signed up for a subscription on August 14 2026. This included a one week free trial. On August 20, following instructions, I sent an email requesting that my subscription be cancelled. It is now Aug 30 and they still haven’t cancelled my subscription.

I was charged £39.99 and £14.99 for this service, yet I could not access the recipes/content I had paid for. I contacted them asking for the subscriptions to be cancelled and for a full refund attaching pictures as a proof i could not even access ANY of the content in their app
The whole experience felt extremely misleading and stressful. I ended up having to contact my bank and dispute the charges just to get my money back.
I would strongly recommend being very careful before entering your card details or subscribing. I would never use this company again.

SURTOUT ne vous abonnez pas j’ai jamais adhéré à l’abonnement je leur ai écrit deux fois une je ne voulais pas de leur abonnement et 3 mois plus tard ils essaient encore de prendre un paiement SVP arrêtez de prendre le paiement - je vais vous dénoncer pour fraude

Don’t bother
I tried the app, nothing different to many others out there. However, here is the difference - when I tried to cancel my subscription I still got charged and then they wanted evidence of my use of the app and my eating plan. Watch out and be careful before you sign up; this is a rip off.

You pay right up front without seeing what you get! I thought it would be a 3 day trial or something before charging you a whopping $60.00 bucks.
