Charged without authorisation

I was charged without my authorisation and I’m really not happy about it. I haven’t even opened or used the app, and I did not knowingly sign up for any subscription or payment.

I’m not interested in this app at all, so there’s no reason for me to be charged. Please look into this and issue a full refund as soon as possible.

I’d appreciate a quick response and confirmation once this has been resolved and refund processed
