In iOS 15, 16, 17 and 18 released dark mode... your lite version required your assistance to update with iOS platform... pls do the necessary actions to make it absolute performer in iOS 15... Even, couldn’t able to consolidate the P/L… I have reported so many times in Twitter as well… no response from any one. Kindly respond. App is not working in iOS 17…. Pls do respond. It is not working in iOS 18, when we enquired them they are asking to go with Subscription, what about the earlier lifetime subscription. They should provide the support. This is also a reason for their fall… unethical rule

Locked out of my account after years
I have been locked out of my account due to easy books wanting people to pay for a subscription on a monthly basis to continue usage of the App!
I paid for easy books when it first came out, I PAID for unlimited use, and EXTRA money for invoicing.
I have just tried to get into the account and they have locked me out, I cannot enter any more entries, leaving me and my accounts in limbo unless I subject to blackmail and pay the subscription!
I tried to speak to to their customer service who informed me that my subscription had expired in 2017 and they would only reply to people with subscriptions. I replied that I was using Easy Books for the past few years, and it hasn't expired as it was unlimited, they refused to answer my questions.

No such thing as loyalty
I spent a lot of money buying full access to the software originally but they got greedy and now need to buy a subscription. It’s not good enough to just let us carry on using what we paid good money for, even in the ‘old’ format. It’s still good enough for what I need it for but no, they want me to use the new app and pay more. Disgusting! Will not pay on principle. Plenty of competitors now.

Retired, but still active app. Great for my accounts
The current Easy Books app is now available on a monthly subscription. Previously, this was a one off purchase. Both are extremely competitively priced, but the former incredibly so.
I use the retired version, having purchased before the app became monthly subscription and offered as available as EB Lite to people like me who HAD purchased before the change.
Don't knock a good, regularly maintained product just because the developers want to be realistic about pricing. The product that people initially purchased is still available to those people. Negative comments in these reviews are from freeloaders who expect something for nothing. That's just plain greed.

Very little point in posting this apart from to tell the developers that I don't think what you have done to the app I've purchased is ethical and as such I'm going to pursue this with apple.

Then they got clever and greedy.

Will vote with my feet and leave this application as soon as I find a replacement. Quick books seems cheap so I am going there. Please let's show this company that unethical business practices are not tolerated.

What you need to understand is this item will not be maintained. They intended to try and drive you into a subscription based model. I suggest you do not fall for this but prepare to shift your business to another supplier and a different product. Effectively, vote with your feet.

Moved over to the Lite version from the full version as only using unlimited transactions and invoicing which I'd previously purchased on the full version before it changed to monthly subscription. So far the Lite version does everything I need it to.
