Good at identifying beacons
A very good app at identifying apps . I did notice I couldn't configure the beacon even though I new the password using iOS 9.0 as well

You will be unable to configure beacons in iOS 9.
Useless!
Utterly useless. Will read but not program their own hardware! Avoid the app AND their beacons.
It is fine but...
Upgrading firmware goes to infinite loop. So unable to config a ibeacon.
