I appreciate how the app guides me through each step, making it easy to ensure I don’t miss any required images. App offers the opportunity to complete a test inspection using the app prior to being assigned a real inspection. They also provide learning courses to help get you familiar with the app which provides some great tips and workflow to follow when I the field.

Very simple great workflow
As an adjuster, this makes it incredibly easy to download, onboard, and start inspecting right away. The workflow is intuitive in the field and keeps inspections organized and efficient. I also fly a drone, and this gives me access to additional assignments, which is a big plus. Highly recommended.
App bugs
When doing pilot certification which in itself is stupid as anyone doing this is already a part 107 license holder. If you miss one question it appears to make you watch the entire annoying video a second time. Oh and most questions have multiple correct answers so you have to guess which one they want you to choose. NOT WORTH the trouble …
