Log in difficulties
Very difficult to login process, I understand multi factor authentication but
- When you reset password why do you need Pin to be changed?
- why you don’t use customer number as login user?
- why don’t you give a option to send code to email?

System service good but some time it’s not working out of service or getting hanging some situations r trouble when needed to payment last option I had getting some time too otherwise like good other then this app service
App is absolutely not user friendly.
Useless I can’t view my statement from last 6 months I have to ring bank , this is unacceptable. Says you can view for only one month.

Not as expected
They used to have the option of seeing the loan details but they got rid of it. It takes too long to load. The last point, although not about the app itself, it was a hustle to set up the mobile banking. I had to visit four times to their busy Narayanghat branch and wait for hours so that they could look into my account and find out why I was unable to log in. Their service is definitely subpar.

The app is getting Slow slower slowest instead of being faster.
Loading screen
Loading screen is too long for us to wait. Please keep a short loading screen when the app opens. Otherwise its a great app and integration with fonepay is very helpful.
Khalti
Before i have load the balance in khalti wallet. But now I couldn’t load balance to khalti wallet . Please help

I gave 1 star to previous app that gave me terrible experiences when i used it over many years. To say it was awful utility app was an understatement. I probably was the only person to comment on itunes store abt it and gave the lowest possible rating despite not wanting to do so.
However you guys seem have totally changed my mind now. I probably am the first to comment and rate this app here. Although I have yet to experience how the app holds in coming days, my first experience has been overwhelmingly positive and I want to appreciate your effort for improvements. I love the new UI, fingerprint setup option, pin code option, and the pdf download option for statement. The app looks very current or say modern and feels a whole lot simpler to use than your previous one.
