Who is going to open a banking app just to check prayer times for Salah? Instead of adding unnecessary features like this, focus on what users actually need. It would be much more useful to run campaigns or offer services related to Hajj and Umrah, which are far more relevant for an banking app.

One of the worst experiences, a banking app can ever give. Infinite amount of hurdle & tedious process to login specially when changing device & login . Also cannot use simultaneously on my iPad and iPhone.

I love this App!
Everything is just perfect. And made my life easier. Transfer to acc or bkash is just a stay home thing now! Just one issue is, sometimes when I transfer with sms, i get pin in message. I have to copy it from message. Sometimes when i click on the blank box where i need to give pin, the pin pop up! If the pin pop up, that’s actually more easier. Though biometrics are faster than any other method. Anyways, thanks to EBL.

DPDC prepaid bill payment often fails and it doesnt reflect on bill history later.
Bkash is smart then put pending status if it takes longer time later it succeeds when EBL just made fail even balance deducted. Dev take a look

EBL SKYBANKING অ্যাপটি আমার প্রতিদিনের লাইফকে অনেক সহজ করে দিয়েছে। অ্যাপের ডিজাইনটি এককথায় চমৎকার। কোনো ধরনের ল্যাগ ছাড়াই স্মুথলি কাজ করে। ব্যাংকের ব্রাঞ্চে না গিয়েও এখন সব কাজ হাতের মুঠোয় চলে এসেছে। এর সেবায় আমি অত্যন্ত আনন্দিত ও সন্তুষ্ট!

এই অ্যাপ এর মাধ্যমে ২০২৬ রমজানের ঈদের বন্ধের আগে এনসিসি ব্যাংক এর ভিসা ক্রেডিট কার্ড এর পেমেন্ট করতে গিয়ে ট্রানজেকশন failed দেখিয়ে টাকা একাউন্ট তেখে মাইনাস করে নেই, ঈদ এর বন্ধের আগে টাকা কিভাবে পেমেন্ট করব আর ক্রেডিট কার্ড এ, বিপদে পড়ে যাই । এবার আজ ২১ মে ২০২৬ বৃহস্পতিবার!! সাউথ ইস্ট ব্যাংক এর ক্রেডিট কার্ড এর পেমেন্ট করতে গিয়ে একই সমস্যাই পড়লাম । আমার কথা হচ্ছে সব সময় বন্ধের আগে কেন এই প্রবলেম হবে ওদের অ্যাপ এর ?? আর হলে ও টাকা সাথে সাথে রিভার্স করে দেয়ার সল্যুশন করে না কেনো?ব্রাঞ্চ এ যখন বললাম ওরা বললো আরো অনেকে পড়ছে!! তাহলে আপনাদের জানা থাকলে সমাধান বের করেন না কেনো? আর সব সময় বলে কল সেন্টার এ কল দিতে, কল সেন্টার এ কল দিলে বলে ২-৩ কর্ম দিবস অপেক্ষা করেন!! ভাই অপেক্ষা করে কি লাভ হবে এর মধ্যে তু ব্যাংক বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে!! আমি কি ভাবে আপনাদের এই বাজে অ্যাপ অথবা সার্ভিস এর জন্যে নিজে suffer করব!! প্রবলেম হতেই পারে তাই বলে বন্ধের আগে হবে কেনো? আর হয়েই গেলে ১ কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যে সল্যুশন দিতে হবে যেটা City Bank করে? ভাই ব্যাংক ওলা দের কে বলছি, এভাবে কাস্টমারকে বন্ধের সময় বিপদে ফেলে লাভ কি?কল্পনা করেন তু যার available fund নাই আমার মত তার কি অবস্থা এভাবে টাকা আটকে যাওয়ার পড়, আর ওদিকে টাকা না থাকাতে কার্ড পেমেন্ট ডেট ও মিস হলো, ওল্টও লেট ফাইন ও ইন্টারেস্ট ও নিজের ক্রেডিট হিস্ট্রি খারাপ হওয়ার জন্যে তৈরি হও ।

ID/ Password Recover Doesn’t work
What an useless app, when tried to registrar in front of the officer, it didn’t work, he said to try again later, when tried lated it didn’t et me through, I thought Maybe last time registration wasn’t complete so tried again didn’t work. Tried recovering ID and Pass, didn’t work, asked for the ID itself 😂😂😂
