This is a waste money and when you contact customer service everyone points their finger to a different company and you go around in circles. Maybe the app worked years ago. But in 2024 it is completely useless

App works w my 8000 but not my 4000 been going back a forth w my seller as well as ebmx and now shock everyone pointing finger at next guy to help ebmx talking about i need to buy an Android phone in order to get help…..and i agree if you’ve spent over a 1K and in my case 2k app should be free!

Easy peezy
The app makes it super easy and efficient to change between tunes and adjustments do you want to make on the fly! Great app must have if you have a BAC 4000 from ebmx
