Long time user
I’ve been using this app for a very very long time. Ever since I upgraded to iOS 17, it hasn’t working exactly right since then. Any chances for it to be rectified?
Not supporting Unicode in chm format
I bought this app to read chm files, but it doesn’t display Unicode. Also cannot click links. Very disappointed.
Dictionary not as good as iReader Study
For many years I have used the same authors iReader Study on my ipod from 2009. This app had the disadvantage that it came with a huge package of dictionaries which rather clogged up the then small storage,but it was well worth it.
With iphone 5se the old app seems to drain a lot of battery and ios asks one to check for updates which do not exist.
eBookMobi is pretty much exactly the same as iReader Study except that one has to download individual dictionaries which inititially is an advantage, though with storage being less of an issue nowadays, the benefit seems small. In particular, the Spanish to English dictionary, though having the same appearance, seems to have lost the the wider usage of a word in relation to different meanings and examples.
It's a bit of a shame that one has to buy a new app that is the repacaged old one, but it really - suprisibly - seems to be the only reader app that has a - still - decent offline dictionary.

Waste of money
I'm frankly insulted the developer even charges for this. As far as customisation goes, it's pathetic. No ability to set margins, read in vertical scrolling mode, disable two page spread... If you need fine control over your reading then give this a miss. This would annoy me if it was free but it's definitely not worth the £1.99 charged. 99p maybe, if the developer really needed to charge, but I've seen better reader apps for free. I only tried this because it supports rtf/txt which I need.

Urgh!
I’m on my fourth or fifth ebook reader. I went for this one because it handled both epub and mobi files. So I loaded a dozen of each. Every blasted file open, epub or mobi, throws an error message, telling me to delete the cache. I do that, reopen the file, and the same error pops up.
Can I get a refund? This is certainly yet ready for prime time.
