MFA Code entry a pain
I have not seen an app in this day and age that won’t prefill the code sent to the phone once the message is received. But having the keyboard keep changing back to text when you have to manually enter the code just does it for me. Not worth it.
Quick and easy!
Once I got the hang of it, submitting receipts via the app became very efficient and easy. I could submit charges almost immediately without having to save, print, and submit expenses in a batch. It has made keeping up with expenses almost effortless.
KEEPS CRASHING
Why does this app keep crashing when I try to Login. I’m grateful for the app but what good is it if I can’t even login?!?

Life saver managing pre-tax benefit
It never occurred to me how easy it could be to manage my pre-tax transit and parking benefit.
Real time saver
I love being able to take a photo of the receipt and attaching it to the claim. Much faster!
Great on the go
The app is easy to navigate and has ALMOST all the information you'd find on the full website. The only thing I might look for that isn't available in the app is the total of approved DCA claims awaiting funding for reimbursement. But that's a really small detail and not the kind of crucial information you need on the go. This app's got all the really important stuff covered.

Very bad
You cant submit photos of your receipts. You get a message stating the type of file you may submit: jpeg etc. i took the picture with the same phone with the app and tells me this is not a recognized file type. Therefore, this app is unusable
Please update to accept iphone pictures as documentation!!
Just logged in and I can't submit a claim as iPhone photo of receipt not accepted because iPhone photos in png format. Pls fix!
