App Wouldn’t Allow Me to Verify Account Created With My Phone Number
I downloaded the new app as instructed. Every time I tried to make a new account, I got stuck on the “verification” page. There were no options to verify my identity even though I had provided both my phone number and email address. I tried using the website instead of the app and had the same problems. I’m writing a negative review because I cannot find support for the app even within the app. The “support” button takes you to a list of each state’s SNAP page. Nothing that is actually app support. I don’t know if this is a good app or not, it will not let me use it.

Login loop
This app won't let me log into an account that I already have, because my contact methods are already in use. I feel as though that's obvious, I have an account and want to use it in this app but it won't let me move past that login step. So annoying!
greedy and lazy
The app doesnt adjust for my screen size on iPhone SE. I am literally incapable of using the app fully (reading text, buttons at the bottom) Considering the userbase for your app, it is truly pathetic that “budget” screen aspect ratios were not considered. Like What?! did you seriously just want to replace your old contract with this rushed ai slop filled with badly disguised advertising contracts?‽‽‽ Am I taking my anger out through this review? Yes. I like the simplicity of the old app :(
This one is way too new age like why does it have so many things in it, so many different pop up’s I loved the simple app before this one please bring back the old one 😭😭😭 this one dosent show what the pending benifits are , like my childcare payment and other payment I receive every month. I used the old app for tracking everything and this one is so confusing… too many things going on. Can we just get the old one back this sucks
