About
EBTL Field Intake is the field operating layer for Executive Branch Tree & Landscape. It is an internal tool for EBTL staff — sign-in requires an account the company issues, and there is no public sign-up.
TAKE THE LEAD WHERE YOU ARE STANDING
Press and hold the console to start a new lead: customer, address, priority, services and photos, in about twenty seconds. Search by the phone number the customer just gave you and the record comes back prefilled, so a callback is a few taps instead of a fresh form. A lead taken with no signal waits in an outbox and sends itself when the truck comes over the hill — it is never stuck on one phone.
RUN THE DAY FROM ONE SCREEN
Swipe up into the Command Center: the week ahead, today's route, open jobs, emergencies, the crew roster and the customer directory, each one a tap away. Jobs are ordered by what actually needs attention — an emergency, a job going cold, a balance owed — rather than by the date they were entered.
FINISH A JOB WITH PROOF
Open a job from the yard or the driveway, move it along the pipeline, attach before-and-after photos, and close it out with a note. The photos upload to the job record, so the office sees what the crew saw.
BUILT FOR A CREW, NOT A DESK
Crew members get their own sign-in and open straight onto today's work — the jobs assigned to them, and nothing else. Pricing and customer financial history are not shown to the field. A quick passcode locks the app between stops on shared truck hardware.
