App View?
I am happy to have a resource to view EBudde away from my laptop, but many times when I log in I see the browser display and not the app display. It is inconsistent and the browser view is very hard to use on a phone.
Same thing every year
It’s been years of the same thing- having to quit and reinstall the app every time I want to use it. It switches from app mode to browser mode. It is impossible to use when you’re viewing it as you would on a computer screen. Only way to get back to using it as an actual app is to delete and reinstall. It’s been like this at least 3 years.

It Sucks!
This app is HORRIBLE! How can you NOT use the back button on the app or web version. I waste so much time starting over when I select a booth I don’t know why they removed the ability to utilize the back button.
The pages are so sensitive that you can’t even move around on it, so it’s frustrating. When I use my finger to drag over to the other size of the page it takes me somewhere else.

Why isn’t this fixed yet
Wish I could give it zero stars! I have to delete and reinstall the app every time I want to open it!
Log in loop
I love the app. IF I could log in. I get stuck in the loop, and it’s so annoying. Once I get in though, it really is good
Can’t even log in
What is the point of even having an app on the store if the log in process doesn’t even work.
Login failure
I have completed all available updates and continue to experience the infinite login failure loop. The app has been completely useless for me this season.
Need to delete and redownload every time I open it
This app is terrible. I literally have to delete it and redownload it every time I use it. I get trapped in the login loop others have discussed. The supposed fix with the last update didn’t help. When (and if) I’m able to actually login, I still have issues navigating. I can click over and over on a tab, and never be sent there. It’s frustrating.

Great if you can ever log in
So many glitches and login issues. Just awful.
Poor connection
The app never works. Agree with the other user. Continuous loop at log in and never recognizes my password even though it is the same one used for regular site. Needs serious work
Login is terrible
Tired of deleting and redownloading just so I can get in and trying to do the website from my phone is worse.

App doesn’t work
App works one percent of the time. Won’t allow me to log in but can get on via website every time
Login flow completely broken
The only thing that works sometimes is ensuring I’ve logged in from a browser on the device immediately before attempting to use the app. That login will hold for hours, but is subject to whatever the app login timeout is. I suspect the app is looking for the wrong authentication string or cookie.
Log in doesn’t work
I see it says the login loop has been fixed. However it has not been fixed. The app is useless as I can’t get on.
App not opening
My app is no longer opening on my iPhone. I deleted and downloaded it again and still does the same thing.

Can’t even log in
The app won’t let you login. It just keeps saying “Invalid login” and kicking you back to the sign in page. Over and over and over. Logging in via a computer works just fine.
Always glitches recently
I love the app WHEN IT WORKS. However recently it just cycles through a login process a few times and then glitches out and closes itself. I’ve had luck maybe twice in the last month with it working properly. PLEASE FIX THIS SO WE CAN USE THE APP!!!
Terrible
App won’t even open. Last version wouldn’t get past the log in information. It just continued to loop the login info. It was great 2 years ago, but now totally useless and extremely disappointing.
