App doesn’t work, card declined in stores
Have not been able to open the app or use the card for some time now. The app just won’t load. In stores, the card gives an error message, even in those stores where it used to work. Cannot reach anyone on the 800 customer support number. Will be closing the account as soon as I can figure out how to reach them.

No support
As it titles, there is no support at all. No one responds back, or answers the phone. The card and app stopped functioning, all preloaded money got stuck in there useless and frozen. Look for another alternative.
Initial deposit disappeared and they don’t answer support tickets
I made my initial deposit a week ago and my balance is still at zero. Fifty bucks came out of my checking account 11/9 and it’s gone now. I logged a support ticket and it was not answered. If e-card won’t help I bet the NY Attorney General and OCC will

I don’t know how anyone would trust their money with this app. I can’t even activate the card - I emailed their customer support and got no answer.

Did not know that I can give my 13 year old a companion card and I can select in the app how much she can use!
