Cancelled mid air
Booked an airport transfer to take me and family back to Stoke from Bham (60 miles!) when I landed I picked up a rather worrying email informing me that me Airport Pickup had been cancelled! Why you may ask...well I had used PayPal as the payment method and they were clearly unaware that PayPal can take a few days to put the cleared funds over to them, which I know to be standard practice being a PayPal merchant user myself, these guys were not happy about this and wanted an alternative payment method, so they rang me...not shortly after making the...no an hour before I landed no less...WHEN I WAS STILL AIRBORNE!! To ask for an alternative method of course they couldn’t reach me and cancelled, leaving me and my family without a lift home, Uber are available but will now work our a little more expensive! AVOID if you want to make sure your booking isn’t cancelled whilst you’re in the air! Fuming!

Very Poor
I downloaded the app and when I went to book a taxi it would search for a taxi near you and all I got was timed out try again later, I did and got the same thing not worth the app

This app is user-friendly - you can easily switch between tabs to see your bookings, payments, receipts etc.
The messaging function (when getting in contact with the driver) also works well. Overall, nice design, easy to use and navigate through!

I got tired of all the extra fees with Uber. I tried this app when I was in Texas. Definitely worth it.
