I too have had elevated heart rates and got the app to help the Dr.
My Dr says Apple is one of the best of the market for heart related problems. This app offers ekgs, high and low heart rates, a fib. It has its limits but it’s the best I found so far.

Easy and accurate analysis
I have been suffering from palpation for around 2 years and got the watch to monitor heart.
The app has been a reliable tool to interpret my data since. Very straightforward display and verified.
Plan to continue using the app as found no issue.

I was asked to pay $49.99 within 5 seconds after opened the app!!!
Overall the app is not trustworthy, it uses diagnostic-style languages but obviously without any evidence or clear validation studies, no transparent methodology, and no measurable accuracy data to support those claims.
Framing speculative interpretations as evidence-based conclusions is misleading and potentially unsafe. Health apps should prioritize transparency and responsible communication, not exaggerated medical authority.
I would not trust this app for serious heart monitoring.

Fraudulent
This ecg app follows the same pattern used by many fraudulent apps, although I don’t think the dev behind is an actual scammer but the trick is, to show a bunch of instruction pages at the beginning, with the last one asking for payment, amd what’s scammy is, on this very last page you won’t be able to see how to close it, until you tap on pay.
I was totally put off right away, thinking who on earth is gonna pay before even see what the app can offer, seriously?

No way to stop this once it’s started
Transfer from Prior, Apple Watch and iPhone to newest cell cellular watch an iPad Pro 17
On my Prior Apple Watch (without cellular) and my Pro Max 14 phone, I had access to EKG where I could do my EKG if I felt irregularities. This did not transfer to my new cellular watch and my new iPad Pro Max 17. Now I am being asked to pay. for this service. Since I previously had the service, I believe I should be grandfathered in without charge.

Why copycat?
I am trying this app and found so many similarities between this and the other ecg+ app which I subscribed to, for example the way measurement is done using a floating box, the way beats are marked. It could be the other way this was copied but given the vast age and quality gap of the apps, doubt that.
I am genuinely evaluating if this app could help me in a different way, but I am not willing to support a copycat app.

This app was so co fusing to them realise after not getting correct support that my watch doesn’t support the ecg which was why I needed it. I fortunately they charge you the full year before you realise it’s not accessible to your watch.
