Can't create an account
I've been really looking forward to using this app, but each time I try to sign up, it tells me that I need to select a university, even after I type it in. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello Meow200789! Thank you for your message. This Summer our app was going through a series of updates and it is back up now. We would love to have you back on!
Can’t sign up
You have to enter a University, and it doesn’t accept any of the universities I’ve gone to.

I think this is a great app for recycling incentive!! Whether or not you’re unsure if something should be recycled— in a university setting with so much business and lots of takeout, knowing what to recycle is really useful and important. Plus you’re getting money

Pretty handy app, and helps incentivize recycling. Would be useful to have a barcode scan function to help determine recyclability/material type, like how nutrition apps could scan barcode to automatically upload nutrition facts.

Great app for encouraging recycling
Problems
Frequently have problems and when I submitted pictures of similar items it flagged me as submitting the same thing, banned my account for a while. I like the concept but I just wish that I can quickly get approval or rejection. Tell me why a pizza box is not approved when it was one of the green options?

Changed my views on recycling
Prior to using this app I barely recycled within a month my tendency and attitude towards recycling changed drastically

Great idea, poor responsiveness
Love the idea, really does encourage people to recycle! BUT my friends and I haven’t been able to redeem the rewards and they’ve ghosted our requests for help
Love the idea but my items have not even been glanced at
Love the idea and I have earned money through referrals but I have submitted so many items about 2 weeks ago and I’ve yet to receive an approval or a rejection, they continue to say pending and I don’t know what to do. I understand there may be limited faculty to vet the items, but at least let the users know a more realistic time frame.

Alright but many issues
Concept is awesome, and when it works, it’s AWESOME! The problem is, I frequently have bugs and issues with the app. After painstakingly going through all my recycling one by one, the app randomly crashes and makes me re-do it.
Also, despite having many points and depositing lots of recycling, the app still says I’m “level 0” and I haven’t recycled yet.
