For the application tracking problem, it is because the application store requires that the app must ask the user whether to agree to track your personal usage. If you mind, you can not allow the app to track, it will not affect your normal use. For full access rights to third-party keyboards, because the use of background images and keyboard configurations is involved, the keyboard can only fully display your applied keyboard skin to you under full access. So if you do not allow full access to open, the app cannot provide corresponding functions, which is limited by Apple's relevant rules, I hope you can understand.
