User interface is very bad. Online payment not working.

This app is not working for the past 3-4 months and it’s difficult to log any complaints for water or any other Cantonment board related issue as we have to personal go and complaint about it. I had reported this while i visited their office and was told that it would be fixed by June 1st week but no progress. hope they are aware of this and taking corrective measures.

Does not populate the list of Cantonment as well as the Locality. Therefore unable to lodge complaints regarding tree cutting. Please rectify App immediately.
