Support Page Doesn’t Exist
I wrote a review, that doesn’t appear on this page about how this app had erased all of my recordings twice. If I had read the reviews before I bought it, I wouldn’t have bought it your “we’d love to check into it to see what happened “ does not restore any of the vital information I lost when I went to your “support“ page I got the ol’ 404 page does not exist. I don’t know if you’re scammers, or just inept. I hope more people read the reviews before they buy. The problem is if I knew it was going to fail so spectacularly. I bought something else because those conversations cannot be recreated and I have no freaking idea why they just disappeared.

Great App and Time Saver
Really an amazing tool and very accurate transcriptions with great AI built in features.
Does not work after the first 3 recordings.
Need someone from your tech support to fix this problem.

Frustrated Board Secretary
I have spent hours trying to extract the Summary to something I can use whether it be MS Word, Google, or simply email. Nothing works. Why isn’t the Summary its own product within the app that can then be forwarded, etc. So incredibly disappointed in this. I wish I had not spent the $ for this app.
