Phone recording needs work
I’ve emailed support twice about phone recording not connecting with no app updates or bug fixes. Also on many phone calls, the speaker when it connects has very bad static. It’s the app because the normal phone works fine but if you’re going to do call recording beware.

I’ve just started using the Wave AI note taker app but so far it is absolutely great. Very easy to set up and very easy to use. Definitely a time saver and a great productivity tool.
Makes Things Easier
I have been manually taking meeting notes and transcripts for the past 6 months and oftentimes the conversations go faster than I can type. Today, I started using this app in conjunction with that to help fill in the gaps, but it’s done such a good job on the transcript I might not have to! Very, very helpful for my job. Definitely recommend! The cost is worth saving myself a headache from writing a transcript on a 3 hour meeting.
